Allows a user to scan a barcode to obtain identifying information and then take/review pictures and send them to a server. The application requires a Server component that is running on Windows Server. Server component routes pictures based on identifier and can be configured to send emails. Uses IndyTCP as transport mechanism. Current release is quite rigid. Updates to come.
